A Moruno is a kebab cooked over live coals and marinated in spices (cumin, paprika, turmeric, peppers, etc.) highlighting Moorish and North African culinary influences. Sherry features prominently on the menu, as well as the proprietary Vermouth served on tap. The bar program utilizes both pre-bottled and tap cocktails in an efficient and highly creative manner.
